Our client is keen to secure a Pro-active, Dynamic, Customer Focused and switched on Office Manager to be part of their Professional and extremely friendly Team.
A ‘can do, positive and proactive approach’ will work well within the team offering the successful applicant a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Good energy and bags of enthusiasm together with an extremely professional work ethic will play a big part in our Client’s hiring decision….
The Role
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Providing secretarial services including updating website, arranging travel, marketing particulars
- HR and Staff Training
- IT – troubleshooting and liaising with our IT provider
- Office Policies and Procedures including Anti Money Laundering
- Accounts/Banking/Payroll/Pension Scheme administration
- Insurance
- Company Secretarial matters
- Staff expenses/credit cards
- Updating WIP Schedules, ensuring they balance with fees issued and providing financial information to the partners on a regular basis
- Ordering office supplies and stationery and liaising with suppliers
Skills etc.
- Excellent Microsoft Office and organisational skills and ability to effectively multi-task
- Ability to work well under pressure, plan your work, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Adaptable and proactive

‘We work in an open plan office which can be noisy at times. It’s a very busy environment, where things move at a fast pace – we need someone who can cope with the pace.’
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 0900 – 1730 hrs with an hour for lunch
Holidays: 25 days plus Easter Monday and Christmas closure (usually 8 days). An additional 2 days after 5 years’ service and a further 3 days after 10 years’ service
