Maintenance Leader

Salary Guide: £30,000

Our client, an extremely successful Property Company are keen to secure a highly motivated applicant to join their busy team on a full time, permanent basis.

Ideally, the successful person will come with a proven track record of working within a busy, Maintenance Team as part of a Letting/Property Mgt. environment.

The successful person will have bags of common sense, excellent Admin and Organisational skills and enjoys getting the job done efficiently.

Driving Licence is a MUST.

  • Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00.
  • Preferences ARLA qualified , preferred experience with Fix Flow and Agent OS

As a Maintenance leader your responsibilities will include the following:

  • To liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors in a professional manner.
  • Keeping landlords and tenants informed of any developments throughout the process of co-ordinating maintenance visits.
  • To instruct and monitor safety checks to ensure property compliance.
  • Work closely with utility suppliers and relevant city councils to confirm tenancies starting & ending.

  • Experience within the letting industry preferred & confident telephone manner.
  • Hold a clean UK Driving licence.
